Just a few tips and tricks to make your visit the best possible!
Although we are huge animal lovers, and we do love kids- for the enjoyment of your salon experience and the relaxation of other guests, children and animals are not permitted in the salon. If your childcare arrangements unexpectedly change, please notify the salon at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to accommodate your needs in the best way available. Children over 11 may receive services at full price if they are cooperative etc.
We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service please notify TEEZ Hair Studio within 7 days of your appointment. All products are non-refundable but unused products are can be exhanged for another product of equal or greater value (no difference for lesser priced product)
Your satisfaction is our top priority and as much as we try to get it perfect– sometimes it still needs tweaking. If you are not satisfied with your services, we will correct or adjust up to seven (7) days of your initial appointment. Anything after seven (7) days will be charged as a new service despite your schedule.
If you do not call/ text to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the services originally booked.
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule any long color or blonding appointment. We require at least 24 hours notice to CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for cancellations/ rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. NO CALL/ NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled.
What is SalonScale? SalonScale is a backbar tool that helps us weigh, track and accurately charge for hair color. The techniques utilized in hair color now, are completely different then even just a few years ago. The amount of product used and needed per guest ranges widely based on the guests individual desires and hair types, Salonscale helps us meet the needs of our individual guests while keeping costs under control and specific to each guest. With SalonScale we can ensure that you are only ever going to be charged for the color used at your appointment.
SalonScale also makes it easier for us to replicate your color for future appointments. We can track your inspo pics and results as well as keep track of your past product costs.

Your hair appointments are very important to the TEEZ Hair Studio team members. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations/ reschedules or service changes. If you cancel, reschedule or make changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a 50% fee of the services originally scheduled. If you exceed two times of rescheduling your appointment you will have to leave a 50% deposit for future appointments.** If this becomes a recurring issue that you miss appointments or reschedule last minute your stylist may refuse to provide you with future services.
